Begin To Create Positive Changes in Your Life

The 21-Day Challenge. I learned this from my Coach earlier this week. It can be very helpful for everyone. So many times we are thinking negative thoughts and do not even realize it. Examples: Why does this always happen to me? Can't I (or he/she)ever do anything right? Oh, poor me, I don't have enough money to go to that event (or buy a new car/appliance).

Does this sound like you? You don't even have to say it out loud--if you are thinking it, it is still a negative thought. And, that thought is limiting you from receiving your highest good.

HERE'S WHAT TO DO FOR YOUR 21-DAY CHALLENGE. Write down up to 21 "I AM" statements. You will want to repeat them for 21 days (which is the magic number for your mind to solidify anything new--this has been scientifically proven).

Examples:

I AM a very positive person, and attract only positive people around me.
I AM abundant and attract only positive experiences in my life.
I AM driving my new HUMMER H2 (whatever car you wish--get a photo of it and put it on your dream board)
I AM loving my husband because he is so helpful with my "Honey Do" list.
I AM happy my son/daughter always responds positively to my requests which I give them in a loving manner.
I AM pleased my beautiful lawn is being mowed on a regular basis.
I AM at my perfect weight of _____. (get a photo of you at that weight, or someone else and put it on your vision board).

Are you getting the idea? By putting these "I AM" statements somewhere to read outloud (with feeling) every day for 21 DAYS, you will see positive changes in your life--through the Law of Attraction. If you think negatively, you will attract challenges in your life. If you say your positive "I AM" statemens every day for 21 DAYS, you will be amazed what your life will manifest. This does not mean you won't still have challenges, because that is a part of life and learning. However, how you accept and resolve the challenges will make the difference.

Vacination of Young Girls - Not Healthy

Good news! It looks as if MERCK is finally backing off their quest to mandate vaccination of young girls with Gardasil . It seems the reports of fainting, dizziness, sterility and death (22 so far) is starting to garner the attention of the regulatory authorities.

(My own assistant is one of those who had a near death experience resulting from the Gardasil vaccination. After receiving the first injection, she became very ill. At first it seemed like a normal flu, but after a week that flu became severe back pain and high fever. She ended up in the ER three separate times when doctors couldn’t figure out why she was so sick. They thought it was mono, strept throat, kidney stones, etc. It was when my assistant actually discovered that one of the side effects first listed in the commercials was ”kidney infection” that the doctors took action. Turns out, it is exactly what had happened to her with Gardasil . She ended up with multiple abscesses in her kidneys and a fever of 105. It was the third trip to the ER and two CT scans that showed the damage. She had to remain in the hospital for almost a week, and the whole ordeal cost thousands of dollars in medical bills).

It is you and your efforts bringing this beast to heel. The fight isn't over; keep up the pressure. It's working!

Love Yourself and You Will Love Others

How often do we criticize others for something they did or did not do right, according to our thinking? Think about it. If we were all created from the one Super Being (whether you call it Spirit, God, Buddha, Allah or Christ), we are all whole, perfect and complete. Therefore, when we criticize others, we are actually criticizing ourselves. Wouldn’t this world be a better place if we began complimenting others for making this world a better place. Until we walk in someone else’s moccasins, we do not know what is behind their behavior. So, smile always, and know that when you love yourself in every way, you will begin to love and appreciate others as well—because we were all created equal
